It was a beautiful day so I spent a large part of it out in the garden. Then Mom wanted me to make soup for supper, so I did! But it takes quite a bit of time.

And of course the chicken has to be sauteed:
Then we put it together with some broth, herbs, and wine, and let it simmer:
So with all that, it was almost 10 PM Eastern when we finished dinner and Mom went to bed! So this will be short tonight.
