Today is the 84th anniversary of the creation of the Works Progress Administration (WPA) as part of FDR’s New Deal, providing government jobs for over 8.5 million people, from construction workers to artists, from 1935-1943. Thank you, enhydra lutris! Without you, we would have no theme.
So in honor of WPA day, we begin with Ogden’s opinion on work. And this post is an Open Thread, so please feel free to discuss any topics of your choice in the Comments, and add more pomes if you like, also too!
