Kossack snoopydawg and her dawgs (Charlie and Abby, pictured here) need the help of this generous community, where she has been a member for the past 10 (Ten!! Since Markos was a pup!) years. She has been working hard at accessing disability services, but through no fault of her own, she has fallen behind on her expenses. She does receive SSDI, but it is not enough for all her expenses even with a strict budget. Those of you who own pets know how expensive they can be, and how vital they are to our lives. We adopt them during bright financial times and cannot abandon them when times unexpectedly get hard.

As it turns out, the rules allow snoopydawg to work part-time, so Vocational Rehabilitation where she lives and I where I live online are helping her find ways to earn the extra money she needs. She made her living as an ophthalmologic photographer and has always been an excellent photographer, so I think she has a gift to share and she agrees that taking and sharing her photos brings her a lot of joy. So we have set up a
a Web page for her to sell her photos. Please go check out her new Web page and consider buying photos for your walls or for other people. Remember, Christmas is coming!! Yes, it's early, but only 3 months early; it takes time to make fine art; and Snoopydawg and her dawgs need the money now; so if you could buy now it would be the biggest help, although if you buy later that will also help sustain her then. I love these photos, and nature photos in general: Somehow they bring both peaceful and exhilarating feelings at the same time.

Snoopydawg desperately, emergently needs to pay for three things right away: The two months she is behind on her mortgage payments, or her house will go into foreclosure at the end of September (if she loses the house, apartment rents are more expensive!); vet visits and medicine for one of her dawgs who has a chronic medical condition, who is overdue for her checkup; and repairs to her car, which she needs for transportation because there is no bus service in her area. So if you are not in the market for photos, but you can make a donation, please donate. You will be doing a great service for pet owners and their animals who love them. And pets and their human companions who love them. Once she is caught up and better set up, part-time work should allow her to meet her expenses from that point on.
