Late last night, during demonstrations marking the one-year anniversary of the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, there was another shooting. I started reading about it around midnight, 1 AM, so I don't know exactly when it started, but too late to make the standard news. And apparently too late for most Kossacks to have realized that there was another incident last night. There were many tweets posted as the situation developed. Initial reports, granted of uncertain reliability, claimed that gunfire erupted from somewhere, and claimed that in response the cops shot into the crowd. Since I have been surprised to see no followup here on Daily Kos, I decided to post a short diary. I don't have a lot of time today, but will drop in when I can.
