This is just a quickie because I just came from our local polling station. Presumably yours will be similar. If you haven’t voted yet, go now if you can! There is NO line right now, just a slow trickle of individuals, smaller numbers of voters than volunteers staffing the place!
But they had a line this morning from 6 AM to 730 AM and then it went dead. They expect another line this evening from 5 PM until closing time. I talked with one of my sisters a little while ago, they arrived at their polling place exactly when the polls opened, there was already a line, and they had a 2-hour wait this morning!
So if you are waiting, trying not to take time off of work, don’t wait! If you can get away, go vote right now. It may make the difference between zero line and hours in line!
